Construction Plus, LLC is a locally owned and operated business that has been servicing the Siouxland Area for over almost 10 years. Although Construction Plus was established in 2016, Owner, Tyger Hoffman has had the benefit of having four generations of carpenters behind him and learned most of what he knows from knowledge passed down through the generations. Our History
Chuck Hoffman and Walter Haltli were co-founders of Halman Construction, which officially became a corporation in 1977. Walter Haltli and Chuck Hoffman named Halman Construction by merging their last names. Walter was in the business until he retired in the early 2000's, and Chuck retired in 2015. After Chuck's retirement, Tyger decided to carry on in the construction industry. Tyger had worked for Halman Construction since he was 16 years old as an employee, but many years before that he spent his childhood weekends learning form Chuck, visiting jobsites, attending meetings with clients, and performing small tasks, retaining as much knowledge as he could. After establishing Construction Plus LLC in 2016, Tyger knew after seeing Halman's history of success, he needed to base his company on the same principles that Halman Construction was built on, offering long-lasting construction services at a competitive price.
